The eligibility criteria to get admission into MTech courses at IIITM Gwalior is candidares must have completed their BTech degree or equivalent with a minimum aggregate 60% marks (or CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale) for Gen/ EWS/ OBC-NCL whereas 55% marks (or CGPA 6.0 on a 10-point scale) for SC/ ST/ PwD. Tier 1 colleges generally have a strong reputation, notable faculty, excellent infrastructure, high placement rates, and significant research output. Tier 2 colleges may have some of these attributes but might not be as prominent or well-established.
Since LNCT is not very advisable for research and other development activities it is a Tier 2 Collage. But placement-wise it is considered one of the best so one can consider it accordingly.
