Here's the thing nobody says out loud — you already know enough English to speak. You're reading this, aren't you?
The problem isn't knowledge. It's that somewhere along the way, school trained you to treat English like an exam. Every sentence had to be correct before it left your mouth. So now your brain runs a grammar check before every word, and by the time it's done — the moment is gone. The conversation moved on. You stayed quiet again.
That's not a language problem. That's a habit problem.
And habits change with repetition, not with more studying.

Change your phone language to English. Sounds small. It isn't. Y

I personally believe that both contextual and active learning methods are important. You can blend them into your routine to learn the grammar naturally. The contextual learning means reading and listening and the active technique is writing and speaking.
You can also join a short or long-term English course, whichever suits you.
