Q:   Is the application fee refundable at Online Manipal?

As per Manipal Online's refund policy 2024, the application fee is non-refundable. Apart from the application fee, if you are granted Provisional Admission / Confirmed Admission and wish to cancel/withdraw admission, the university will refund the course fees after levying cancellation charges as per the refund policy mentioned below: 

  • You can receive a full 100% refund of the course fee only if you drop a withdrawal request at least 15 days before the last admission date. Note that 5% of the course fee or Rs. 5000 (whichever is lower) will be deducted as the processing fee.

  • If you submit the admission withdrawal request less than 15 days before the last date of admission, then you will be eligible for a 90% refund of course fees.

  • If you submit the withdrawal request 30 days or less but more than 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of course fees.
