Candidate must have completed Bachelor degree of 3/4 years duration with above mentioned marks from any recognised University/Institute. 45% marks for BC categories. Candidate who are appearing for the final year degree examination are also be eligible. Degree obtained by Distance Mode Program should have recognition by Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC/DEB. Candidate who passed all the subjects of the three years of any Degree course in one sitting is not eligible for admission.

Direct admissions are not possible for many courses offered at Acharya Nagarjuna University. The mode of ANU College course admissions is online. Admission to various courses is based on entrance exams and merit. The accepted entrance exams are AP EAMCET,  JEE Main, and others. Students applying through JEE Main must first register for the JEE Main exam. Then appear for the JEE Main exam. Then with valid scores, apply on the official website of Guntur Nagarjuna University.

For admission to the BCA program of KL College of Science and Humanities,KL University, candidates should appear for the KLAT-Koneru Lakshmaiah Admission Test. The examination tests their aptitude knowledge and requirements for the course.Besides,the candidate is supposed to have class 12 with an aggregate a percentage as specified by the college. The selection for admissions is based on performance in the KLAT, and it may also personal interview conducted by the institute for finalizing admission.
