GAT 2023: Registration (Ongoing), Exam Date (Out), Eligibility, Syllabus, Result

GAT 2023 important dates have been announced for BBA and MBA programmes. GAT 2023 registrations has commenced online. Candidates can register for GAT 2023 on or before the due date. GAT exam is conducted for admission to BBA or MBA programme.

GAT MBA 2023 registrations for Phase 1 will end today. The registrations for phase 2 will commence from February 02, 2023.

What is GAT?

Gitam Institute of Management (GIM), Visakhapatnam conducts GIM Admission Test or GAT for admission to its Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) programmes in various specializations including niche ones like Management Accounting and FinTech. GAT 2022 registration has already started in online mode. Candidates can register for GAT 2022 until the last date, notified anytime soon. GAT 2022 exam will be conducted in online mode. The entrance exam is conducted multiple times a year. 

GIM also accepts the candidature of students for BBA and MBA on certain national-level management entrance exams. For MBA programmes, candidates can apply through CAT, XAT, GMAT or MAT. For BBA programmes, candidates can apply through UGAT or GAT 2022. Those who have not appeared in any of these exams will be required to appear for GAT.

GAT 2023 exam is conducted multiple times in a year. To qualify for the GAT 2023 exam aspitrants must device effective preparation strategy. Check the tips below to know how to prepare for exam:

2. Chalk out a preparation strategy

3. Analyse all the weak and strong areas while preparing for the exam

GAT 2023 Admit Card

GAT 2023 admit card will be made available for download from the scheduled date mentioned in the admission notification. The admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam hall. Candidates found not carrying their admit cards will be barred from taking the exam.

GAT 2023 results will be announced online on the official website. The test-takers can check their scores and download their scorecards from the official GIM website. The selection Letter will also be sent through email within one week from the date of GD & PI.

Candidates seeking admission to MBA programmes are required to participate in Group Discussion and Personal Interviews as per the given schedule. Candidates seeking admission for BBA programmes are exempted from this round.

The candidate would receive confirmed admission after verification of all original certificates and submission of the second instalment of the first-year fee. For candidates who are not selected, they can await the release of the waiting list and receipt of communication on the status of candidature.
