FutureLearn and Coursera have a similar model of helping learners upskill with the latest courses and university partnerships. Affordability-wise, FutureLearn is better as it costs around INR 1100 per month, while Coursera costs around USD 49 (roughly INR 4500) per month. Another benefit of FutureLearn is that the certificates for its short-term courses online come with CPD credits. While Coursera's certificates are globally known, they do not come with credits. 

VSkills offers a range of training and certifications that are paid based on the type of skill one chooses. 

OpenClassrooms offers free courses with limitations.  You will not be able to obtain certificates with the free option, but there is no limit to learning. It is ideal to take the Premium Solo option that comes with a monthly 20 Euro fees. With this fees, there is no limit to certifications or learning on OpenClassrooms.
