Law Colleges in Gandhidham - Courses, Fees, Admissions 2026, Cutoff, Placements

Both the AP LAWCET and CLAT entrance exam are conducted for admission to the Law schools in India, however, the syllabus for these exams are different on many parameters and candidates should strategise differently for both the exams. AP LAWCET exam has sections including Current Affairs, Legal Aptitude, Contract Law, Constitution, etc. and the CLAT entrance exam sections include English Language, Legal Aptitude, Mathematics, etc. AP LAWCET does not have mathematics subjects, AP LAWCET exam focus more on regional knowledge. CLAT generally covers the deeper aspects of the particular subject. 

Admissions to the different LLB and LLM courses of Gujarat National Law University will depend on entrance exam scores such as CLAT. But it is difficult to say whether getting into GNLU Gandhinagar is tough or easy and will depend on the:

• Candidate's level of preparation
• Competition
• Available seats
• Exam Difficulty

As well as a number of other factors that will not be discussed here. 

The Institute of Law, Nirma University Ahmedabad offers Law as its prime subject, with 4 courses in total. the 4 courses ILNU Ahmedabad offers are BA LLB, BCom LLB, LLM and Doctoral Programmes. ILNU Ahmedabad offers BA LLB with 180 sanctioned seats, while BCom LLB offers 60 seats and LLM offers 30 seats. The eligiblity criteria for admission to any of the courses is merit qualification with a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 along with a CLAT score. A course such as LLM requires a qualification in graduation with 50% along with the CLAT score. 

BSc fees vary greatly between courses offered at Parul University based on course duration and specialisation. 

In 2026, BSc course fees can vary between INR 2.4 Lacs - INR 9.04 lakh. This fees can either be charged in three or four yearly installments. These installments will be charged near the beginning of each year.

Silver Oak Law College offers UG, PG and integrated courses to students. These courses include LLB, LLM, BA LLB and BBA LLB. The total course fee for these courses ranges between INR 60,000 and INR 90,000 per annum.

School of Law at Pandit Deendayal Energy University offers LLB as a 3 year course. The Institute offers this course in full-time mode on the basis of merit. Therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in graduation and must qualify SOLLACE as a mandatory entrance exam. The Institute has not yet reflected the fees structure anywhere; however, candidates can enquire the same at the Institute. 

Parul Institute of Law offers law courses at UG and PG levels. The courses offered are BBA LLB (Hons), BA LLB (Hons), BCom LLB (Hons), LLB and LLM. The programmes are offered in full time mode at the college campus. 

National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat offers engineering programmes in full-time mode. The university offers 4-year BTech in Civil Engineering and 5-year BTech-MTech in Computer & Science Engineering (Cyber Security).

The CMAT admit card will be available for download until the exam day. They link for downloading it will be removed after the exam is over. It is advised that candidates download their CMAT admit cards as soon as it is released so that they have ample time to check their test centre location. Candidates living in locations where they have to travel far to reach the CMAT centre must specifically download their admit cards in advance and visit the test centre once to check the location and distance so that they don’t get late on the exam day.
