Gujarat based GLS university conducts entrance exam namely MAT and CMAT for students admission. Students applying for MBA are also eligible by clearing Common aptitude test (CAT). GLS University offers a 4-year full-time Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering (B.Tech (CS&E). The B.Tech (CS&E) programme is suitable for students who aspire to become computer programmers, software engineers, software architects, and more. GLS University has 120 seats available for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.

However, to get admission for MSc programme, the aspirant have to be Graduate in Computer Science/Computer Applications/IT/Engineering or Technology or equivalent or Bachelor's Degree in Science (Maths, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics) or any bachelor's degree + Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from UGC recognised University.
