BITSOM MBA Fees Refund Policy
Candidates should follow the below-mentioned instructions below regarding the MBA fee payment, refund and forfeiture of fees:
- Candidates should pay the MBA fee before the deadline as mentioned on the offer letter if offered the MBA course admission.
- If the candidate chooses to withdraw from the MBA programme, BITSOM will follow the below mentioned system for refund of fees remitted by the student:

This is inclusive of admission fee, tuition fee, and accommodation, but exclusive of security deposit.
- Interest will not be applicable for a refund on account of cancellation.
- In case of withdrawal, any security deposit paid by the student will be fully refunded.
- To initiate a refund request, the candidate is required to inform the same by writing an email to adcomm@bitsom.edu.in
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
