‘HR Learning Lab’ to train students into work-ready professionals

‘HR Learning Lab’ is a first-of-its-kind initiative to simulate real world corporate environment and challenges faced by HR professionals in diverse industries and organization structure scenarios, for training students.

Launched by Adrenalin eSystems Ltd, the creators of India's most popular Human Capital Alignment Software along with School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), the Lab will provide hands-on learning experience to MBA - HR students to address the need of ‘work-ready’ HR professionals who understand the application of various HR functions on technology platforms.

It will help participants to apply their knowledge of HR analytics to develop practical, hands-on approach in facing complex and rapidly evolving contexts within the purview of carefully designed and customised case studies.

Commenting on the association, Anil Sachdev, founder and CEO, SOIL said, “This initiative is one of the steps to transform SOIL’s HR Leadership Program (HRLP) into a globally recognized curriculum by 2015.”

This joint initiative will help SOIL’s students to develop understanding of critical HR functions like Organization Structure Design & Implementation, Competency Planning & Development, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement and Recruitment Planning among others.

Moving on, SOIL has also launched 'People NEXT' - Executive Program to build HR Leaders .
