All India Management Association conducts MAST 2011 and it is scheduled for 25th September, 2011. It is one of the latest offering by the AIMA for the benefit of both recruiters and fresh Management pass outs. This exam has been designed to meet the tough recruitment process where recruiters face a lot of problems while selecting a right candidate for the job. MAST helps recruiters in finding a right candidate for the right job. It also helps the candidate in procuring required skills to see him in a dream job in upcoming future.

The purpose of MAST is to identify the suitable managers with the right knowledge and skills, who are able to create a difference in the management of an organization and would be able to create the good path for self as well as the society.

There are round about two thousand plus management institutes in India only which produces 3 lakh of cream students for the country every year. All B schools can't access to pan India recruiters to screen their students. Eligibility for MAST 2011:

Should be a MBA/PGDM Final Year students or equivalent degree/diploma holders with 0-3 years work experience.

It is purely a computer based test (CBT).

Validity of MAST Score:

The validity of MAST score is one year.
