ITS Engineering College

I was born in a small village of Uttar Pradesh. Since childhood I was good in studies, and I always worked hard to secure good marks. I completed my graduation from Lucknow. During my graduation I completed a number of projects. I always enjoyed working and coordinating with my team mates. I also organised numerous fests in my college. During the period of my graduation I realised that I was good at people management and leadership skills. At the same time I also realised the urge within me to develop and nurture those skills. Hence I was very certain to pursue MBA for further studies.

I was very confused at the time of selecting a college for pursuing MBA. But based upon the reviews of the students, I decided to choose ITS Engineering College for pursuing my MBA. And perhaps it was the best decision of my life. It was truly an amazing and inspirational journey for me. The atmosphere at the college is so apt for studying and the methods of teaching mainly focuses at simulating the real business problems. Students are asked to play with their creativity and design the innovative solutions for those problems. The environment at the college resembles to a live business situation. The focus is completely on students to develop and come up with new approaches for solving real life business problems. This in turn makes class interactive and super engaging. The best part of the program is that the same approach is followed for all the subjects. The teachers here follow very interactive approaches for teaching such as role play, case study, discussions and debates and as a result we were always aware about the current affairs. The new and interactive method of teaching made the whole regressive syllabus and studies a fun activity.

We also had a great alumni network. Hence along with the teachers our alumni’s also mentored us. The college also organised frequent industry interactions from time to time. Those industry interactions were really helpful because they provided the real picture and functioning of the corporate world. It helped us in getting ready for the same. We had a well-functioning placement cell at the college. They kept organizing timely trainings to help us to secure placements. I always worked towards improving my people skills in college. This has ultimately leaded me to secure placement as a Deputy Manager at H&M. I really enjoyed my journey at ITS Engineering College. I will advise everyone in life to find their strengths and then dedicate time to refine them.
