Why I chose Lloyd Business School: Rana Yasmeen
Noida being an Industrial hub, I always wanted to be here so I started searching for colleges around Noida for my post-graduation and I found Lloyd Business School among the top ranking colleges of Delhi NCR. I opted for PGDM from this college because it has On the Job Training programme, which no other college provides, and to step into the business world PGDM is one of the best programme to pursue. I filled the application form of Lloyd Business School and then appeared for the admission interview in which the panelists asked basic and technical questions. I did well in the interview and got selected.
For pursing PGDM course, I had appeared for NMAT by GMAC. I didn’t take any coaching classes for it, I just prepared from several books. I cleared the exams, but the colleges that were offered to me did not interest me. My wanted to join Lloyd.
I am glad that I became part of Lloyd. It has been providing us with number of opportunities like Industry Oriented programs and also we get to interact with corporate personalities every weekend. The faculty members here are very supportive and helpful. I am not from Commerce background so I had a fear of competing with others but with the support of my teachers I overcame my fears and did well. The way of teaching at Lloyd is also very good because teachers focus on the holistic understanding of the students. The “HR Conclave” organized in my college gives the students a wonderful opportunity to interact with and ask questions to corporate people.
My college basically focuses on overall development of students, which is necessary for them to perform well in any business organization. We have also participated in EXCEL workshops and right now doing a Digital Marketing Certificate program. As a student and as an individual, I think Lloyd Business School is doing very well. It has a positive environment and the surroundings are green. I am happy to be the part of Lloyd Business School.
