Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology offers a full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, which is of two-year duration. MIET offers a Dual Specialisation wherein students can choose any two specialisations for developing specific and unique skills. The candidate must have undergraduate degree with 50% aggregate, then the candidate must have to go for CUET-PG by NTA  then on the basis of merit one can get admission in Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology.

The two-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme is offered by the Master School of Management. Applicants seeking admission to the PGDM programs must be holders of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of 50% marks.
