The counselling of AYUSH UG courses is conducted for admission to the 15 per cent seats of government and government-aided institutes. For National, Private and Central universities, 100 per cent of seats will be filled through the AYUSH counselling 2020.

AYUSH NEET 2020 Counselling: AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has released the eligibility criteria for   NEET counselling for AYUSH courses round 3/ mop-up round with respect to centralised counselling for admission to all India quota seats of UG Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, Homeopathy for the academic year 2020-21.

“All the NEET 2020 UG (BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS) aspirant candidates are hereby informed about the eligibility/ineligibility for AACCC 03rd/Mop Up round for admission to government, government-aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities and National Institutes,” the AACCC said in a release.

AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020 mop-up round: Eligible candidates

The following categories of candidates are eligible for the 3rd/Mop-Up Round:

  • Candidates who are registering for the first time
  • Candidates who have registered but not been allotted a seat in Round 1 & Round 2
  • All candidates admitted in Round I or Round II and want to upgrade their admitted seats (with fresh choice filling)

AYUSH NEET Counselling 2020 mop-up round: In-eligible candidates

The following categories of candidates are in-eligible for 03rd/ Mop-Up Round:

  • Candidates who have been allotted seat in Round 1 & 2 and not joined the allotted seat
  • Candidates admitted in Round 1 and availed of free exit option
  • Candidates who have been upgraded their Round-1 seat, in Round-2 and not joined the upgraded seat

The counselling of AYUSH UG courses is conducted for admission to the 15 per cent seats of government and government-aided institutes. For National, Private and Central universities, 100 per cent of seats will be filled through the AYUSH counselling 2020.  

Admission to BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS courses in India will be on the basis of the marks obtained in NEET. It is mandatory to qualify for NEET 2020 to participate in counselling of AYUSH UG.
