NEET 2025 AYUSH counselling dates and schedule will be released online. The schedule will be released after NEET 2025 result, expected by June 14, 2025. NTA conducted NEET 2025 exam on May 4, 2025 in pen and paper mode. NEET 2025 AYUSH counselling is held for admission to undergrdaute courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. Candidates must note AACCC conducts AYUSH counselling 2025 for allotment of 15% All India quota seats in government, central universities, private colleges.

There will be three rounds of counselling for AYUSH counselling 2025 for admission to BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS courses. The mop-up round of counselling will be conducted for deemed/central universities and private colleges. Through NEET AYUSH counselling 2025, candidates will be provided admission to a total of 52,720 seats in different courses of Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy.

Q:   When will AACCC announce counselling dates for NEET Ayush 2025?
A: 

AYUSH Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) will announce dates for Ayush NEET 2025 counselling. The counselling dates and schedule will be uploaded on the official website. Registration for special stray vacancy round counselling is expected to start in July 2025.

The official website for AYUSH NEET counselling 2025 is aaccc.gov.in. Candidates will have to register and submit application form to participate in Ayush counselling 2025. Dates and schedule for counselling will be released by AACCC. 

Q:   Will I get fee refunded after Ayush 2025 counselling?

Candidates must note two types of fees have to be submitted during Ayush 2025 counselling registration, refundable and non refundable. Refundable fees or security money will be refunded if a candidate doesn't get admission. Non-refundable or registration fee is not returned to candidate in any condition.

AYUSH Counselling 2025: Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the counselling of AYUSH UG course, a candidate has to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • He/she must have qualified NEET 2025
  • He/she must be at least 17 years old as on December 21, 2025
  • He/she must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects

Q:   What are the eligibility criteria to participate in Ayush counselling 2025?
A: 

One of the basic eligibility criteria is candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in NEET 2025 for Ayush 2025 counselling. Candidates are advised to ceheck eligibility criteria of specific institutes under 85% state quota seats as well. Those who want to participate in Ayush 2025 counselling are advised to read information beochure carefully before applying online for seat allocation process.

Q:   Is qualifying NEET is mandatory for Ayush counselling?

Yes. Admission for ayush courses is provided based on NEET score. Only those who qualify the exam with minimum cutoff as per the category are eligible to participate in Ayush counselling. A total of 4 rounds of counselling is held for Ayush seat allocation.

Total 4 rounds of counselling will be held for Ayush 2025 seat allotment, Round 1 to 3 and stray vacancy round. All the counselling rounds will be held online. Candidates will have to register and declare choice of college and course for seat allotment.

Counselling starts with online registration and submission of application form. Paying fee is mandatory to participate in the counselling round. 

Ayush Counselling 2025: Application Form

To apply for the counselling of AYUSH UG courses, the candidates need to first register themselves on the official website of AACCC. To register, they will have to provide necessary information such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID and NEET roll number. After completing the registration process, they will have to login using the NEET 2024 roll number and the new password, and complete the application form. They will have to pay non refundable ayush counselling fee and refundable security money to submit application form. Both kinds of fees have to be submitted online.

Candidates will have to pay ayush counselling fee 2025 to participate in the counselling. Those who belong to general category need to pay 1,000 non refundable ayush counselling fee while for SC/ST category the fee is 500. The fee details have been provided below:

Ayush 2025 Counselling: Choice Filling

After completing the application form and depositing the security fee, candidates will have to fill their choices in a Preference Form. They will have to provide the course-college options that they would like to apply for. There is no limit on the number of choices that a candidate can fill in the preference form. However, candidates are advised to go through the fee structure of the college and the curriculum of the course that they intend to apply for.

No filling the choices will lead to disqualification of the said candidate from the AYUSH counselling process. Also, candidates must lock the choices that they have filled before the last date to ensure that they have filled the correct options.

Ayush 2025 Seat Allotment

AACCC will prepare the seat allotment list for various courses based on the choices filled by the candidates and their ranks in NEET 2025. Selected candidates will again have to choose whether they want to continue with the seat allotted to them or not. For this, they will have to log in to the registered accounts on the website of AACCC and choose their option.

Candidates who register for the counselling of AYUSH UG courses online will be eligible to participate in the first round of counselling. Selected candidates will have to choose whether they want to continue with the seat allotted to them or opt for upgradation. The options available for such candidates are:

Option 1: Candidate chooses to continue with the seat allotted and does not wish to participate in the next round of counselling

Option 2: Candidate chooses to continue with the seat allotted but wishes to upgrade in the next round

Option 3: Candidate chooses to resign from the seat allotted but wants to participate in the next round

Option 4: Candidate chooses to resign from the seat allotted and wants to exit the counselling process

Candidates who have chosen option 2 or 3 will have to fill in the choices for the next round. Candidates who have chosen the option 1 will have to report to the allotted institute before the last date. Failing to report before in the allotted time will lead to cancellation of their admission. They will also not be eligible to participate in the next rounds.

Seats left vacant after the second round of AYUSH counselling:

Government/Government-aided seats left vacant after the second round will be transferred to the respective states. They will become a part of the seat matrix for the counselling of the respective state.

Private/National/Deemed seats will be filled by conducting a mop-up round. Fresh registrations will be accepted for this round. If any seats are left vacant after the mop-up round, these will be transferred to the respective institute for a stray round of counselling.

Q:   When will AACCC refund security money for Ayush counselling?
A: 

AACCC will initiate refunding security money for Ayush 2025 counselling once the counselling rounds get over. It must be noted the money will be returned to those accounts from which payment was made during registration. Candidates are advised to keep the account active till whole admission process gets over. The money is credited into account in 20 working days from the date of publication of the refund list by AACCC on its website.

Passport-sized photographs, eight in number (preferably same as the one pasted on the application form)
