AFCAT 1 2022 exam begins tomorrow; check here exam day guidelines & last minute prep tips

Indian Air Force (IAF) will be conducted from February 12 to 14. The exam will be conducted online across multiple exam centres in various cities in two shifts-9.45 am to 11.45 pm and 2.15 pm to 4.15 pm. AFCAT 1 2022 admit card is available now. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter email ID, password and security code. Candidates need to carry the printed copy of the admit card along with one photo-identity proof to the exam centre.

AFCAT Exam Day Guidelines 2022

Few AFCAT exam day guidelines are given below:

• Candidates are required to report to the exam centre in batches from 07:30 am onwards (for first Shift) and 12:30 pm onwards (for second Shift) as per the time slot mentioned in the admit card
• Candidates need to take back-to-back printout of the admit card
• Candidates must reach AFCAT exam centre early for the verification process such as frisking, biometrics, identification and inspection of admit card, ID proof, photograph, signature, etc.
• Candidates are not allowed to carry bluetooth device, communication/ electronic/ digital/ wireless devices such as calculators, docupen, electronic watches with facilities of calculator, cellular phone, memory card/ stick, pager, organizer, personal digital assistant(PDA), concealed microphone or camera, earphones, radio, headset, walkman, recorder, translator, pencil-box, book, geometry box, paper, log tables, clip board, slide rule, wristwatch/wristband, bracelets, handbags, ornaments, wallet, purse, head gear, scarf, goggles, jacket, eatables items, etc. to the exam centre
• Candidates need to wear slippers/sandals with flat heels. Candidates wearing attire for religious purpose will be thoroughly frisked
• Candidates carry personal hand sanitiser of 50 ml and transparent water bottle
• The temperature of candidates will be checked before they are given entry

AFCAT Last Minute Preparation Tips

The last minute preparation tips for AFCAT 1 exam 2022 are given below:

• Keep the printout of admit card and photo-identity proof ready
• Visit the exam centre one day before the exam to confirm the location. This will help candidates to reach the exam centre without any hassle
• Revise all the topics properly
• Do not take tension and stay calm
• Read the question carefully before answering
