The state government will soon be announcing their decision on GSEB Class 12 exams 2021.

GSEB Class 12 exam dates 2021: The Gujarat Board Class 12 examinations will be held at an appropriate time for Science and General streams, Gujarat Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama has said. The state board will decide the time and format of the examinations after having a discussion with the chief minister, he added. The minister announced the same via Twitter following a high-level meeting with Union ministers to discuss the issue of pending board Class 12 exams. The GSEB Class 12 exam dates 2021 can be expected in a week's time.

“A plan should be there to take care of the health of the students and also to take care of their future. Gujarat will take Class 12 Science and General stream examinations. The time and method will be decided after discussion with Hon'ble Chief Minister,” Mr Chudasama tweeted.

Recently, the state board had cancelled GSEB Class 10 examinations in view of the surge in COVID-19 cases and had decided to mass promote all the students. Around 8.72 lakh regular students of class 10 studying under GSHSEB will be promoted to the next grade, according to the development. A decision regarding repeaters', students who had failed in earlier attempts and were slated to again appear for exams this year, will be taken after assessing the situation once COVID-19 cases drop, said the official release by GSEB.
