Manipur Board has postponed the upcoming examinations for classes 10 and 12 amid COVID second wave.

The Manipur Board has decided to postpone the upcoming board examinations for classes 10 and 12. In addition to this, the state government has also ordered closure of all schools and institutions due to COVID-19 spike. The official order released in this regards reads “Board exams for Classes 10 and 12 were postponed in Manipur schools in view of the surge in COVID-19 cases. The exams were postponed considering the seriousness of the ever-increasing positive cases of COVID-19 and the impending threat caused by it.”

The state government would issue fresh date sheet for both Manipur HSLC Exam 2021 and COHSEM Manipur 12th Exams 2021 soon.
Earlier, Manipur HSLC exams were scheduled to be conducted between May 6 and May 28, 2021, while the Manipur Class 12 examinations were scheduled to be conducted from May 5 and continue until June 9.
Moreover, the state board had earlier decided to reduce the Manipur HSLC Syllabus as well as Manipur Class 12 Syllabus 2021 by 30% in view of the COVID pandemic.
