PSEB Datesheet 2021 for Pre-Board exams released! To commence from February 8

According to the PSEB 10th, 12th datesheet 2021 for preboards, examinations will begin from February 8. The final exams will be conducted in March/April.
The Punjab School Educational Board has released the Punjab Pre-Board datesheet 2021. According to the schedule provided on the official website, the examination dates have been released for the students from classes 1 to 12. The pre-board exams will commence on February 8, 2021.
The pre-board examinations will be conducted for all the classes from Class 1 to 12 and not only for the board classes 5, 8, 10, and 12. In order to ensure that the students of all classes undergo a proper revision, the pre-board exams will be conducted for all the classes and not just the board classes. These exams will be preparatory exams before the finals.
The pre-board exams of Punjab Board will be conducted in the offline and online mode for students of classes 1 to 8. Students can choose whichever medium they wish to appear for the exams. With respect to the students from classes 9 to 12, the examinations will be conducted in the offline mode only and the students will have to report to the centre to appear in the physical exams. The students of classes 1 to 8 will be asked multiple-choice questions along with long answer questions. There has been no reduction in syllabus for Classes 1 to 5 but for classes 6 to 12, the syllabus has been reduced.
According to the order issued by the Director SCERT, the question paper will be set according to the new exam pattern which has been introduced by the Punjab School Education Board PSEB.
The links to the question papers of the online exams will be sent to the district education officers, a day before the scheduled examinations. The same papers will be forwarded to the school Heads or Principals on the day of the exam.

The PSEB date sheet 2021 has been released by the Punjab State Education Board on the official website. The examinations of PSEB Class 10th are scheduled between April 9 and May 1 while PSEB 12th exams 2021 are scheduled between March 22 and April 27.
