The Tamil Nadu class 10 board examination hall tickets will be issued to the students after May 18, the state education minister said.
Tamil Nadu Education Minister K A Sengottaiyan said that it will issue the Class 10th Board examinations hall tickets to the students after May 18. He also said that the state school education department is now working on getting the examination halls ready.
The Tamil Nadu 10th board examinations are scheduled to be held from June 1 to June 12. According to the Tamil Nadu 10th Date Sheet 2020, exams were supposed to from March 27, however, due to coronavirus outbreak, they were postponed.
For Tamil Nadu 12th students who could not appear for the board exam on March 24, the exam will be held on June 4.
The evaluation process for class 12 answer sheet will begin from May 27 and a schedule for this will be released soon. Tamil Nadu 12th result 2020 will be announced soon after the evaluation process is completed.
However, the Board will take more time to release the Tamil Nadu 10th result 2020.
While speaking to reporters in Nambiyur village near Gobichettipalayam where he distributed food and vegetables to families hit by the COVID-19 lockdown, the Minister said social distance would be maintained in the examination halls and the candidates should wear masks.
He also, said that the state government will provide special buses for the students, to reach the examination hall. The buses will also drop them back after the examination.
According to the reports, approximately 9.45 lakh students were expected to sit for the TN SSLC exam in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
