IIM-A to conduct Summer Internship Recruitment Process 2021-22 for PGP program

IIM-A summer internship recruitment process's first cluster will be conducted on November 16, 2021.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad is all set to commence its Summer Internship Recruitment Process 2021-22 for the PGP program from November 16, 2021, onwards. IIM Ahmedabad follows a cluster-cohort-based placement process wherein companies offering similar profiles are grouped into cohorts, and several cohorts are invited to the campus in a particular cluster, reads the official press note. It further informs that IIM Ahmedabad will be conducting the entire placement process virtually this year due to the ongoing novel coronavirus pandemic situation. Companies participating in IIM-A Placements 2021 will not be physically visiting the campus.

According to the official press release, the schedule for the recruitment process is as follows: The summer internship recruitment process's first cluster will be conducted on November 16, 2021. For the second cohort, the placements will take place on November 19, 2021. For the third cluster, the process will be conducted on November 22, 2021

The Summer Internship Recruitment Process 2021-22 for the PGP-FABM program of IIM Ahmedabad is scheduled on November 19, 2021. The Institute will follow a rolling process post that, if necessary, the press note states.

Meanwhile, IIM-A concluded the final placement process for its one-year full-time Postgraduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX). According to the final placement report released by the institute, a total of 137 students from the 15th batch of PGPX have been placed. Out of the total 137 students, 119 received offers through the IIM-A placement system, 17 received off-campus offers and 1 took up entrepreneurship. IIM-Ahmedabad Placements 2021 witnessed the participation of 120 firms. Amid the ongoing pandemic situation, the b-school conducted the placement process via virtual mode. IIM-A PGPX graduates received different roles ranging from CEOs to Heads of Department, the institute has informed.
