IIM Ahmedabad has recorded 100% placements for its PGP program during placements 2025 drive. According to media reports, Consumer Tech sector witnessed 800% rise in offers. A rise of 300% and 120% in the total offers was witnessed in the Financial Advisory and Advisory Consulting sectors, respectively.

IIM Ahmedabad Cluster 3 placements for the PGP class of 2025 concluded that comprised of 8 cohorts. The cohorts included Analytics & IT Consulting, BFSI, Renewable Energy & Greentech, Core Manufacturing & Infrastructure, Enterprise Tech, Government Enterprises FinTech and Logistics. NewGen Software Tech and Fin IQ Consulting emerged as the largest recruiters that made 5 offers each. OYO followed in as the second largest recruiter that made 4 offers.

In the IIM Ahmedabad Cluster 2 placements for the class of 2025, United Breweries emerged as the top recruiter. A total of 23 recruiters visited the campus during the Cluster 2 of IIM A PGP placements 2025.

Earlier, BCG emerged as the largest recruiter during the Cluster 1 of IIM Ahmedabad PGP placements 2025. Further, a total of 47 companies participated during IIM A Cluster 1 placements for the class of 2025. Further, IIM Ahmedabad has concluded Cluster 1, 2 and 3 summer placement drive for the PGP Batch of 2024-26. IIM A has recorded 100% summer placements for PGP class of 2026 with all 394 students getting placed. IIM Ahmedabad has recorded 100% placements for its PGP program during placements 2025 drive. Consumer Tech sector witnessed 800% rise in offers. IIM Ahmedabad PGP Placement 2025

The PGP class of 2025 witnessed 100% of its students placed. It is to note that IIM Ahmedabad official placement report is released till 2023. As per the report, highest package offered during PGP placements 2023 stood at INR 146 LPA. IIM Ahmedabad PGP average package offered in 2023 was INR 34.45 LPA.

IIM Ahmedabad PGPX Placement 2024

Highest and average package offered during PGPX placements 2024 stood at INR 54.8 LPA and INR 36.41 LPA, respectively. PGPX average package increased by over 2% in 2024 as compared with 2023.

A total of 150 offers were made and 105 companies visited the campus in 2024. Some of the leading recruiters included Accenture, Adani Group, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages and Tata Power.

Career Services and Placement Process:

The best companies in India and aboard visit IIMA campus every year during January and February for campus placements. The corporate presentation process begins early January and continues till Mid-February. The resume submission process starts from Mid-January and ends during Mid-February. The shortlisting process goes on from Early February to Late-February whereas the Pre-Placement and Interview processes begin from Mid-February and continue till Mid-March. Meanwhile, IIM Ahmedabad has moved away from day-based placement process to cohort-based system. The objective behind this system to start a cohesive fit between recruiters and students.

Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS):

IIM Ahmedabad released audited placement report through the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS). This is primarily done to standardise Management Schools placement reports. The IPRS initiative is taken by IIM Ahmedabad and supported by the recruiters, media and other B-Schools in structuring a comprehensive, authentic, reliable and standardised placement reporting system.

Entrepreneurship and Strong Alumni Network

IIMA has also introduced IlMAvericks Fellowship that encourages students to take up entrepreneurship as a career option. The Fellowship not only includes mentorship and guidance from CIIE.CO but also provides financial support for a period of 2 years. IlMAvericks Fellowship also allows students to return and appear for campus placements as well.

The Institute has a strong alumni network of more than 40,000 students spread across the globe wherein their careers span multiple functions and industries. IIM Ahmedabad alumni association is the source of career-related support for students who look forward to explore new career pathways.

Absolutely satisfied with the campus life and best college for doing business studies.

Placements: Placements here at IIM Ahmedabad are great. Maximum students are placed before the completion of their degree. The highest package in 2024 was 42 LPA. The average package is 14 LPA. Internships are available for students in various companies, or they can work with faculty members in the form of internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is best in class and IIM Ahmedabad is situated in a large area, which includes a stadium, library, playgrounds, sitting area, canteen, hostel, etc. All types of facilities are provided to the students. Good quality of food is provided to the students.

Faculty: Faculty members here at IIM Ahmedabad are great. They are well-educated and quite experienced. But they are too busy doing their work which impacts teaching quality. They don't have enough time for the problems of students. Curriculum is totally relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are tough and proper study is required all around the year.

Placements: The college provided good placements to all students which was greater than 85% in the year. The highest package offered in my course was 14 LPA. The average package was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were from India. Internship percentage was 90%.

Infrastructure: The facilities available in my college were so super. Infrastructure of college was very beautiful. Wi-Fi, classrooms, and library were present for all students. The quality of the facility in the hostel was very good. Food was healthy. Medical facility was available. Sports and games were present in my course.

Faculty: Teachers in my college were so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teachers in my course had great teaching qualities. This course curriculum was not relevant but students were industry-ready. Semester exams in my college were very easy. Pass percentage in semester to get pass was 35%.

Other: There was no wish to improve in my course. Events were so super and festivals were also celebrated. Campus crowd in my college was very good. Scholarships were provided to the top students of the college.

Placements: Our course had a placement rate of about 60%. The highest salary package was 8.5 lacs, the average was 5.2 lacs, and the lowest was 2.5 lacs. The top recruiters were Capgemini, Wipro, and Infosys. The top roles offered were team executive director.

Infrastructure: The labs and classrooms are not cleaned daily, and the washrooms don't have proper water supply. Wi-Fi facilities are only available for faculty members, and the food available in our department is of average quality.

Faculty: The teachers are very knowledgeable and qualified enough. The college staff and faculty members are very polite and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant, and many activities are conducted every month.

Placements: My college provided a very high percentage of placements to students in various companies. The highest package offered for the course was 2.8 LPA, and the average package was 7 LPA. A high percentage of students got internships in many companies like Cognizant, Microsoft, and Swiggy.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available in my course were so good. Wi-Fi, classrooms, and the library everything were available. However, the quality of food provided in the course was very bad in taste, hence we did not eat the canteen food. The medical facilities were available, and sports and games were also present in my college.

Faculty: Teachers in my course were so helpful, and all were very qualified and knowledgeable. They had great teaching qualities. The course was not curriculum-relevant, and students were not industry-ready. But, the semester exams in my course were so easy, and the pass percentage was 60%.

Other: I chose this course to gain the best knowledge. There was no improvement in my core subjects. Events were very boring, but scholarships and extracurricular activities were available in my college.
