Calcutta University BA, BSc First Semester Result DECLARED; Know how to check

According to the reports, the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) students, enrolled in BA and BSc programmes who appeared for the semester examination can now check their first semester results from the official website, i.e. wbresults.nic.in.

Calcutta University Results: The University of Calcutta today, October 23, 2020, announced results for the first semester of Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) programmes. According to the reports, the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) students, enrolled in BA and BSc programmes who appeared for the semester examination can now check their first semester results from the official website, i.e. wbresults.nic.in. Candidates are advised to keep their admit card handy as they will be required to use their roll numbers as login credentials to check the results. Meanwhile, on September 10, the university announced BCom first semester exam results. Whereas, BCom third and fifth-semester results were announced in July.

How To Download Calcutta University BA, BSc First Semester Result?

Calcutta University candidates who appeared for the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) programmes semester exams can follow the simple steps mentioned below to download the first-semester exam results:

Step 1: Go to the official result website of the University, i.e. wbresults.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the link that reads, ‘B.A/B.Sc. Semester -I (Honours/General/Major) Examination - 2019 ( Under CBCS )’ 

Step 3: The link will be redirected to a new page with input fields

Step 4: Carefully enter the required credentials as asked

Step 5: Verify and login with the details 

Step 6: B.A/B.Sc. Semester -I (Honours/General/Major) Examination - 2019 result will appear 

Students are advised to go through the scorecard carefully and verify the mentioned details. In case of any error, students can contact the University office. Results mentioned online are provisional results, students are advised to collect the original documents from the University administration office as and when available.
