Value of money B.Com college, and no attendance problem.
Placements: They don't provide placement hardly any company comes. I have been in college since 2023, and I will complete my course in 2027. Till now, for the first time, I heard that one company has come and that too to sell their course. If the student does a course from their institute, they will provide a job of Rs 20,000 per month so I don't find any scope for placements from AJC Bose College.
Infrastructure: It follows CU curriculum so you don't have anything very fancy as Calcutta University says it follows. There is no hostel facility provided by this particular college, though you can take some PG near the location of the college. It is very good as it is near a metro station. If you take any hostel or PG on Garia side after Rabindra Sarovar, you will not have to spend much.
Faculty: It follows CU curriculum. It has a lot of amenities like a cafe, and they have newly inaugurated the gym. Apart from that, they also have indoor games like carrom and table tennis. Some other indoor games apart from that are also there. They also have a cute small library but for that you must make a card.
Other: It's good and the tuition fee is very less. If you are from West Bengal, you get the scholarship as well so it's value of money.

A college that believes in smell is beautiful, and good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: A large number of students have applied for the course that I have opted for. I am in the second semester so I am not aware of the package offered. But the average package is very low. If we talk about the ones who have passed out from our college overall, it is average.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. Even though it is really small compared to other colleges. But our college has a beautiful tagline that is small is beautiful. Our college completely justifies this tagline even though the college campus is small it is really clean, and the atmosphere is good. The canteen is average. But the sports and games department, library, and others are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good but it will be better if more classes are taken as the number of classes is a little less. The course definitely needs a little changes as it feels a little outdated. Overall, it is good, and if the student studies properly and teachers cooperate with them, it is easy to pass the exams.
Other: I have chosen this course because it helps me in my competitive exam, which is CMA. There are many common topics and chapters between them, so its really helpful for me. The events, fests, connectivity, scholarships, and others are also really nice.

It's the best college for this course.
Placements: 50% of students are placed in my course. The highest package is 40,000 rupees, the average package is 35,000 rupees, and the lowest package is 30,000 rupees in my course. My course is recruited by top companies, such as TCS, Wipro, etc. 20 percent of students got an internship from my course, and at TCS. In my course, the top role is computer operator.
Infrastructure: My course/department facilities are so good, high-speed Wi-fi is always available, and labs are so clean with air conditioning and advanced computers, overall, all good. Classrooms are average because the classroom is clean, but no AC, only fans, and the library is so good, all my course-related books are always available. My hostel medical facilities were bad, but sports and games were all good, and canteen and mess were excellent.
Faculty: The teachers are so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is so good. Overall, I am satisfied. This course curriculum is so relevant that it makes the students industry-ready. This college semester exam was so difficult and exceptional, but the pass percentage of 60 percent is so good.
Other: I chose this course because it's my passion. The best things about my course are the knowledge gained. I wish it were better/improved in my course classroom. Events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, etc, are held.

It's morning college, so if you don't mind walking up and going to a class at 6:15 AM.
Placements: The college does not provide any placement opportunities. We are told that the college used to provide us with internship posts last semester, but since most of the students did not take up the opportunity, they have stopped providing the internship option altogether. No assistance in placements at all.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are decent, smart boards are available, but most teachers do not use them. Wi-Fi is there, but the password is not shared. The college library does not let you take the book home, so I don't understand the point, but the seminar library is good, with access to all the necessary books related to economics.
Faculty: The exam is conducted by the university, not the college. You have to go to another college to take exams. If you have heard about Calcutta University, you would know how the exams are. The curriculum is very theory-based and barely practical. It is doable.

Everything is good I am very proud to study in this college.
Placements: An average of 20 students is placed in this course. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, TCS, etc. About 50% of students got internships at TCS. The top roles offered are associate, intern, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, and all facilities are available except the hostel. Canteen and medical facilities are available. Also, you can go to the gym or enjoy indoor games. But my classmates had some difficulty finding PG. Otherwise, everything is fine. You can take admission in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are so efficient and best in their subject. The semester is not difficult at all, but there is a viva (moral) process that I didn't like personally. The teachers are so helpful to all the students. They are very much qualified. Also, the pass percentage is much higher than the failed ones.
Other: I want to become a professor so I chose this course.

It is good for a graduate degree. Improvement in theory classes and placements is needed.
Placements: In my course, many students got placed. The placement percentage was very low, and there were hardly any companies visiting our campus for recruitment. No big or well-known recruiting companies came, and there were no proper placement drives organized. As a result, students did not get good opportunities or specific roles through college placement. Most of us had to look for jobs or internships on our own outside the campus.
Infrastructure: The college has decent infrastructure, including well-equipped classrooms. Computer labs are well-equipped and good for practical learning. Teachers guide us properly during lab sessions, which is helpful. Hostel and canteen facilities are available, but the quality of food in the canteen is not very good and is a bit costly. There are also some outside shops near the campus where students can get food. Overall, the infrastructure is fine, but the mess and canteen need improvement.
Faculty: The teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, and they do their job well in teaching. The course curriculum is quite regular and covers the necessary subjects, but it is not fully updated to make students industry-ready. Exams are conducted on time and are of moderate difficult level, so most students are able to pass if they study properly. Overall, the faculty is good, but the curriculum needs more update to match current industry requirements.
Other: The computer labs are well-equipped, and we often get to try new things during practical sessionss. Teachers also guide us well in the lab sessions. However, when it comes to hostel and food facilities, the situation is not great. There is no proper canteen or indoor food shop available, so we usually have to buy food from outside. Hostel and mess facilities are lacking, and there are no proper arrangements for snacks or meals within the campus. Overall, the infrastructure is average with decent classroom but poor hostel and food facility.
