Calcutta University Results 2020: Calcutta University has released the BCom Results for odd semesters for examinations 2020. The university has declared results for Honours and general and major courses for the 1st 3rd and 5th semesters. Examinations for the same were held in the year 2020. Students who appeared for their semester examinations in the year 2020 check their results by visiting varsity official website.
Earlier, the varsity had announced that “It is notified that the results of BCom. Semester-I/III/V(Honours/General/Major) Examinations, 2020 (Under CBCS) will be published on 21st May 2021,”
Calcutta University Results: Steps to Check
Students can check their results by following the simple steps given below:
- Go to the website wb.results.nic.in or official website of the varsity
- Click on BCom Semester results (I/III/V) Exam 2020
- Enter the roll number and submit
- Check the result for Bcom hot semester 2020
- Download and save it for future use
The grade card/mark sheet issued by the university shall be final. Candidates can check the result to know the theory paper / practical paper marks and total marks obtained.
To qualify in the semester exam, the candidate has to secure the minimum passing marks. Also, they have to pass in both theory and practical papers separately.
Examines who wish to apply for the re-examination of the answer script can apply in the prescribed format. The re-examination is applicable for theory paper only. It is a chargeable process.
It can be seen that the University conducts the examination twice a year in semester mode. The exam is held at the end of each semester. To appear for the university exam candidates have to submit the exam form and fees.
