Dibrugarh University Exams 2021 postponed for UG, PG courses; check details here

Dibrugarh University has postponed all the UG, PG semester exams amid the rise in coronavirus cases in the state and to avoid its further spread. The varsity will announce the new dates soon. 

Dibrugarh University Examinations 2021: Dibrugarh University has announced that it has postponed all the undergraduate and postgraduate exams for the academic semester of 2021. The UG, PG exams were scheduled to begin from April 19 and April 20 in the University departments, Centre for studies, and the other affiliated colleges/institutes under Dibrugarh university. The UG exams for the first semester have been postponed owing to rising coronavirus cases in the state. 

The official notification of Dibrugarh University reads that, “This is for information to all concerned that all the PG Examination (both CBCS & Non-CBCS) scheduled on 19th and 20th April 2021 in the University Departments, Centre for Studies and other affiliated colleges/ Institutes under Dibrugarh University have been postponed.”

It further reads in other notice, “This is for information to all concerned that 1st-semester B.Tech. Examination scheduled on 19th April 2021 and first-semester B.lib.I.Sc examination scheduled on 20th April 2021 has been postponed. However, the rest of the Examinations and all the other examinations like BA/BBA/B.Com. LL.B (H) having multiple centres will be held as per the schedule notified earlier. Fresh dates of the postponed examinations will be notified in due course of time.”

Dibrugarh University did not mention the reason for rescheduling the Examination in the notification and fresh dates would be notified in due course of time according to the official notification.
