Pune University Final Year Exams 2020: According to the latest media reports, the Savitri Bai Phule Pune University, SPPU’s final year exams got off to a rocky start on October 12, 2020, as the Day 1 of the exams was marred with Technical Glitches. Students who appeared for SSPU Final Year Exams 2020 reported that there were no questions and they were given answer options on the exam portal without the questions, which caused the loss of time for them. The report shared by the SPPU examination wing, around 2.5 lakh students are registered to appear for the final year exam 2020. For the 2020 session, the exam authority postponed the exam multiple times considering the ongoing pandemic situation. 

Immediately following the start of the exam on October 12, several students reported facing issues and technical problems while attempting the examination online. Soon thereafter, the official twitter handle of SSPU Students Union sent out a tweet confirming the technical problems being faced by many students during the final year exams 2020 which were being held online.

In response to this, Pune University Registrar, Dr. Prafulla Pawar also sent out a tweet assuring students that anyone facing technical problems will be given another chance to appear for the exam. He wrote, “No student will be deprived of the examination for any reason. Given by the Vice-Chancellor. Even today, online and offline exams are smooth except for minor problems.”
