Rajasthan University Exams 2021 to commence from this date, results to be announced by September 30
Students of the first year will be promoted to the next year on the basis of marks secured in Class 10, 12 examinations and the students of the second year of graduation would be promoted provisionally.
Rajasthan University Exams 2021: Higher Education Minister Banwar Singh Bhati has announced that the Rajasthan University Exams 2021 for the third and final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students will be conducted by the last week of July or the first week of August. The terminal semester examination will also be conducted during the same time. The Rajasthan University Exams 2021 results will be declared by September 30.
“The decision has been taken according to the Hon'ble Supreme Court, UGC Guidelines and the report of the high-level committee,” Mr Bhati said.
Students of the first year will be promoted to the next year on the basis of marks secured in Class 10, 12 examinations and the students of the second year of graduation would be promoted provisionally. Mr. Bhati informed whenever the Covid situation normalises, the physical exams will be held and the results will be announced by December 31.
“The examination will be conducted in a simple way,” the minister said adding that the duration of the paper will be of one and a half hours. There will be two or three papers in a single shift and the students will have an option to answer 50 per cent paper "proportionately".
The complete compliance of Covid protocol at the examination centres will be ensured during the Rajasthan University exams in accordance with the guidelines issued by the government.
The UG, PG examination will be held on August 31, the minister confirmed.
Meanwhile,UGC has given nod to 38 universities across India to run full-fledged online degree courses. Among other universities, central universities like Jamia Millia Islamia will offer MA in education and MA in public administration while Jawaharlal Nehru University will offer MA in Sanskrit completely in online mode. Mizoram University, another central institution, will offer four online degree programmes.
