Anant National University announces that ADEPT (Anant Design Entrance and Proficiency Test) will be conducted online on January 4, 2026. ADEPT serves as  gateway for aspiring designers to begin their academic journey at Anant University.

Students completing Class 12 in 2026 or earlier with 50% marks in any stream are eligible to apply before January 1, 2026.

ADEPT is conducted in 10 languages, including Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Punjabi, alongside English. As per a statement issued by the university, this approach found resonance across India, as reflected in applications received from students in 304 cities last year.

It further stated that for 2026 admissions, ADEPT has been further streamlined to make process more accessible and efficient for aspirants. Earlier two-step model has now been integrated into a single, unified sitting allowing students to show their full creative potential in one seamless experience.

Q:   At what time do I need to report at ADEPT 2026 exam centre?
A:

ADEPT admit card will include the date and timings of the exam. It will also have the reporting time.

You need to reach the exam centre as per the reporting time.

Note that latecomers may not be allowed inside the exam hall.

So, carefully note the reporting time.

Q:   Do I need to carry any photo ID in ADEPT 2026 exam?
A:

Yes, candidates need to bring a valid photo ID on exam day. Without the ID, candidate will not be allowed inside the exam hall. The ID proof must be shown when the invigilator asks for it. You also need to bring your ADEPT admit card.

Q:   Can I carry electronic gadgets inside ADEPT 2026 exam hall?
A:

No, candidate is not allowed to carry electronic gadgets inside the ADEPT 2026 exam hall.

Any candidate who is found in possession of such items may be disqualified from ADEPT. 

So, don’t carry such items inside the exam hall. Follow the guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.
