AEEE Counselling 2026 Round 1 Allotment OUT; Seat Confirmation Deadline June 9

The Directorate of Admissions has announced the Amrita BTech CSAP counselling round 1 allotment at aeee.amrita.edu. Candidates who registered in the counselling process can now login to the admission portal to check their seat allotment status and fee details.

Candidates allotted a seat in the first round must complete the required fee payment by June 9. Failure to pay the admission fee within the deadline will result in the cancellation of the allotted seat. Such candidates will also be removed from the ongoing counselling process.

AEEE 2026 Counselling Round 1: Seat Acceptance Process

Candidates who have been allotted a seat can choose from the following options:

Candidates opting for the Upgrade option should note that if they receive a higher-preference seat in a later round, their existing seat will be automatically surrendered. The previously allotted seat cannot be reclaimed after the upgrade is processed.

Seat Acceptance Fee Payment & Document Verification Guidelines

Candidates must ensure that the admission fee is paid on or before June 9 to secure their allotted seat. The admission authority has warned that non-payment of the prescribed fee by the deadline will lead to seat cancellation and exclusion from further counselling rounds.

The Directorate of Admissions has also notified the candidates to verify all information submitted during the admission process. Supporting documents uploaded by candidates must be accurate and authentic. Any discrepancy, incorrect information, or mismatch identified during the document verification process may result in the cancellation of admission, even if a seat has been allotted.
