BITS Pilani Hosts Live Webinar for Admission under BITS-CSP 2+2 International collaboration
BITS Pilani is conducting a live webinar session to brief students about the important aspects of admission under the BITS-CS Paris 2+2 international programme. A collaboration partnership between BITS Pilani (India) and CentraleSupélec Paris (France), provides a dual degree opportunity (B.E. Computer Science) from BITS Pilani. A bachelor's degree (B.E. Computer Science & Artificial Intelligence) from CentraleSupélec Paris. The programme will be offered for a 4-year journey where students spend years 1 & 2 (plus a summer term) at a BITS campus, followed by years 3 & 4 at CS Paris in France. This programme is available at the Pilani, K K Birla Goa, and Hyderabad campuses of BITS Pilani.
Eligibility Criteria for BITS-CS Paris 2+2 Programme
To secure admission, applicants must satisfy requirements from both institutions:
- BITS Pilani Requirements: Must pass the 12th examination (10+2 system) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) and have adequate proficiency in English. Minimum aggregate of 75% marks in PCM, with at least 60% marks in each individual PCM subject. Must appear for BITSAT 2026 and achieve a score that meets or exceeds the designated cut-off.
- CentraleSupĂ©lec Paris Requirements (Processed during Year 1) Secondary School Performance: Minimum average of 65% for CBSE (AISSC) / ISC, or 70% for State Boards (excluding non-academic subjects). Mathematics: A minimum grade of 60% in 12th-grade Mathematics.Language: Evidence of English proficiency (e.g., IELTS Academic 7.0–8.0, TOEFL 95–120, or a minimum C1 CEFR equivalent certificate). Students who completed high school in English (like IB or British/American schools) are exempt.Â
BITS-CSP 2+2 Fee Structure & Tuition
Tuition is paid to the respective institution hosting the student during those academic years:
- Year 1 (2026): INR 8,93,200 Summer Term (2026): INR 1,56,300
- Year 2 (2027): INR 9,37,800 Language Training: An additional fee of approx. INR 32,096 is required for mandatory French Language courses during the first two years.
- Years 3 & 4 (at CS Paris): €22,000 per year (based on 2025-2026 non-resident rates, subject to a typical annual increase of 1% to 2%).
Commonly asked questions
Students will not be able to confirm their allotment if they meet the BITSAT cutoff. However, they will have higher admission chances to their choice of course and campus. Since the allotment process will consider other factors too along with cutoff, the students will know their admission status after the seats allotted are announced.
The campus-wise BITSAT cutoff will be released by the BITS Pilani authorities. The cutoff scores can be checked online at bitsadmission.com. Students are advised to check the previous years' cutoffs carefully to know the score range that is required to have higher chances of admission in their preference.
Through BITSAT, the students will be eligible for admissions into the three BITS campuses, which is in Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. During the counselling process, the students can given their campus preference and it the cutoff is met, then they will have chances of admission.
