The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions aims at strengthening cooperation in education, research and academic exchange. With this partnership, students at both institutes get opportunities for international learning alongside strengthening ties between the two institutions.

The MoU includes plans to encourage faculty exchanges and professional development initiatives. Joint events and collaborations could help researchers from both institutions connect and work on common areas of interest.

Focus on Student Exchange and Internship Opportunities

Through the MoU, BITS Pilani and the University of Michigan, plans to extend opportunities for student exchange programmes, increase initiatives and internship opportunities. This will help students explore different academic environments and research cultures while building international experience during their studies.
