BITS Pilani Opens Hostel Fee Payment Window 2026; Reporting Instructions Released for First Degree Admissions

The Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS), Pilani has opened the online hostel fee payment window for candidates who have secured admission to its First Degree programmes through BITSAT 2026. Along with the fee payment facility, the institute has also released the reporting instructions and the complete list of documents that candidates must carry while reporting to their allotted campus for admission formalities. Candidates can complete the payment through the official admissions portal before reporting to their respective campuses.

Reporting Instructions Released

BITS Pilani has also published detailed reporting instructions for candidates joining the First Degree programmes. Students are required to complete all admission formalities on the reporting day by carrying the original documents along with one self-attested photocopy of each required document. Candidates have to carry the following documents ready:

• Admission offer letter signed by the candidate and parent/guardian
• Class 12 (Senior Secondary) marksheet
• Class 10 marksheet and passing certificate
• School Leaving/Transfer or Migration Certificate
• Medical Fitness Certificate in the prescribed format
• Candidate undertaking confirming no admission has been taken at any other educational institution
• Affidavit-cum-Indemnity Bond (where applicable)
• Proof of hostel and other fee payment
• Aadhaar Card (self-attested copy)
• APAAR ID, if available
• Student welfare and hostel-related documents, including local guardian declaration and security bond wherever applicable

Hostel Fee Payment Window Active

Students can now pay the hostel fee and other related charges online. The institute has provided campus-specific links for student welfare and hostel-related guidelines for the Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad campuses to help students complete admission formalities smoothly. Candidates who have accepted their admission offer should:

• Complete the online hostel fee payment.
• Download and carefully read the reporting instructions.
• Arrange all original documents and self-attested photocopies.
• Download the prescribed formats for the medical certificate, undertakings and affidavits, if applicable.
• Report to the allotted campus on the scheduled date with all required documents and fee payment proof.
