BITSAT 2026 Iteration 4 Result LIVE
The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani will release the BITSAT Iteration 4 seat allotment result tomorrow on the official admission portal. Candidates who participated in the BITSAT 2026 counselling process will be able to check their allotment status by logging in with their application number and password.
The Iteration 4 result will indicate whether a candidate has been allotted a seat, upgraded to a higher preference, placed on the waiting list or if their previous allotment remains unchanged. Candidates who receive a new or upgraded seat must complete the required admission formalities, including payment of the admission fee and reporting within the prescribed deadline.

To check seat allotment of BITSAT 2026, candidates will have to follow steps given below.
- Go to the new BITS admission portal: bitspilaniedu.com/FD2026/Bits/Default.aspx
- Click on iteration link
- Candidates have to log in with the fresh credentials sent to their registered email IDs.
- Seat allotment status will be shown on screen.
Candidates who are shortlisted for admission will have to report to their BITS campus. They will have to confirm their admission by verifying their documents and paying admission fee by July 25. If admission confirmation process is not completed before final date, then student will lose their allotment. Candidates also have choice to remain on BITSAT wait list if they have not been allotted to first or second preference. They will be eligible for further rounds of allotment if seats are vacant.

Commonly asked questions
During BITSAT counselling, students will be allotted according to rank and preferences. Allotment result will be announced in form of iterations. Once students are allotted, they will have to confirm their admission.
The 12th standard PCM marks will be considered to break the tie in the BITSAT score. If the tie remains after checking the entrance exam subject-wise score, then the 12th standard qualifying exam marks will be used to break the tie.
Students who are 12th standard board toppers are eligible for direct admissions through BITSAT counselling. These students do not require a BITSAT score and will be eligible based on their board exam performance. Basic eligibility criteria has to be met.
