As per the latest update done by IIT Guwahati, the GATE 2026 admit card for centre number 2082 has been revised. Candidates with GATE exam centre code - 2082 have been allotted with a new GATE exam hall ticket. GATE 2026 will be held on February 7, 8, 14, and 15 in two shifts.

GATE 2026 Admit Card Update: IIT Guwahati has issued an official notification regarding the change in the name and address of the test centre number 2082. Students allotted with the centre can download the revised GATE 2026 admit card from GOAPS portal. Read below for more.

As per the latest update done by IIT Guwahati, the GATE 2026 admit card for centre code number 2082 has been revised. Candidates with this test centre code have been allotted a new GATE MTech hall ticket

IIT Guwahati will be conducting GATE 2026 on February 7, 8, 14, and 15 in two shifts: (Forenoon: 9:30  to 12:3 pm) and (afternoon: 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm). With one week remaining, students must quickly download their hall ticket from GOAPS portal, and keep all their documents ready.

How to download GATE 2026 admit card?

Candidates appearing for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering can download their admit card following the steps mentioned below -

  • Visit GATE’s official website - gate2026.iitg.ac.in
  • Click on GOAPS portal
  • Enter enrollment ID and password
  • The admit card will be displayed on the screen,
  • Check details and download hall ticket.

  • Name of applicant
  • Photo and signature
  • Enrollment ID
  • GATE paper code
  • Exam date and time
  • Barcode and exam day instructions
  • Date on birth
  • Roll number
  • Signature of organising chairperson

Documents to be carried at the GATE exam center

Students have to carry the following documents to the GATE exam centre 2026 -

  • GATE hall ticket 2026
  • Valid ID proof
  • Transparent water bottle
  • Pen or pen for calculations

Candidates are advised to report to the centre at least two hours before for checking and verification purposes. Also, they must check exam day guidelines carefully before GATE 2026 exam date
