GATE 2026 Result Tomorrow: Steps, Details required, Scorecard, COAP dates

IIT Guwahati will announce GATE 2026 result tomorrow (March 19). Candidates who had appeared for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering can check their at GOAPS. GATE 2026 Result Link Tomorrow, Check steps and scorecard details

GATE 2026 result will be released Tomorrow (March 19) at gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Students can check their result at GOAPS. The conducting body, IIT Guwahati, has already uploadedfinal answer key on March 16. GATE exam result will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the answer key. Candidates must note that GATE 2026 final answer key cannot be challenged under any circumstances. 

Steps to check GATE 2026 Result: Details Required

Candidates can check their GATE exam result 2026 at candidate login. Aspirants who had appeared for the exam on Feb 7, 8, 14, and 15 will be able to access result link. The process to check qualifying marks and status is mentioned below -

• Go to GATE official website and click on application portal
• Enter enrollment ID/email ID and password
• Fill numeric value and submit
• Select view result option and check

Candidates who have secured qualifying mark in GATE 2026 will be able to download their scorecard. Only qualified candidates will be eligible for counselling process.

GATE 2026 Scorecard Date

IIT Guwahati will issue GATE scorecard 2026 for qualified students from March 27 onwards. Candidates can download it from GOAPS using their enrollment ID till May 31 (for free) then till December 31 by paying a fee of INR 500. The scorecard will remain valid for three years and can be used for MTech admissions and PSU jobs. Candidates who are interested for higher studies at IITs must download their scorecard as soon as possible and start registering at respective IITs before COAP 2026 counselling begins.

COAP 2026 Start Date

IIT Guwahati will be conducting GATE COAP counselling 2026. The expected date is yet to be announced. However, respective IITs will begin their MTech admission registration process soon. Some IITs, like IIT Madras, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Hyderabad have announced their start date on their website. IISc Bangalore GATE 2026 registrations are open, and the last date to apply is March 31.
