IIT Bombay to Hold Open House for JEE Advanced 2026 Qualified Candidates on June 7

IIT Bombay will conduct virtual Open House for JEE Advanced 2026 qualified candidates to provide information about academics, campus life and admissions before JoSAA counselling 2026.

JEE Advanced 2026: Indian Institute of Technology Bombay has announced an Open House session for students who have qualified JEE Advanced 2026 exam. This event aims to help candidates and their families learn more about IIT Bombay, its academic programmes, campus life, research opportunities and admission process before participating in JoSAA counselling 2026. 

IIT Bombay Open House will be held on June 7, 2026 from 10 am. It will be held online. Students can watch live on official website of IIT Bombay YouTube channel. IIT Bombay Congratulates Successful Candidates in JEE Advanced 2026

Congratulating all qualified candidates, IIT Bombay said that their achievement shows hard work and dedication. The institute also acknowledged role of teachers, mentors and family members who supported students throughout their preparation journey.

JEE Advanced 2026 Result Highlights

JEE Advanced results were declared on May 31, 2026. This year, 1,87,389 candidates registered for exam and 1,79,694 appeared in both papers. Out of them, 56,880 candidates qualified JEE Advanced 2026. Among successful candidates, 10,107 are female. JEE Advanced 2026 was conducted on May 17 in two shifts.

Open House sessions allow qualified candidates to interact with faculty members, current students and institute representatives. These sessions help them understand academic programmes, student life, research facilities and career opportunities before filling their JoSAA choices.
