IIT Kharagpur PhD Admission 2026: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has invited online applications for admission to its Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programme through a rolling admission process. Eligible candidates can apply throughout the year for admission to IIT KGP PhD programmes offered for Engineering, Technology, Science, Management, Law, Medicine, Humanities and Social Sciences, Architecture, Rural Development and more.

The institute has clarified that IIT KGP PhD applications will be processed at least once every quarter by respective academic units. Also, unprocessed IIT Kharagpur PhD applications will remain valid until end of next quarter.
