IIT Roorkee EV Programme

IIT Roorkee EV Certification: Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, through its Electronics and ICT Academy (E&ICT Academy), has partnered with SkyySkill Academy to introduce new courses in Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology. These courses are aimed at helping students and professionals get practical and industry ready skills for electric mobility sector.

IIT Roorkee EV Programme

This programme will focus on important areas of EV technology such as EV architecture, battery technology, battery management systems, electric motors, power electronics, charging infrastructure, diagnostics, safety systems and vehicle energy optimisation. This course has been designed to combine theoretical learning with hands-on practical training.

Who can apply for IIT Roorkee EV Programme? 

Engineering graduates, diploma holders and working professionals who want to build expertise in EV field. Participants can attend live online classes, work on practical lab sessions, complete assignments, and take part in capstone projects based on real-world EV applications.

As part of this programme, candidates will complete projects to strengthen their problem solving skills and create a portfolio relevant for careers in EV manufacturing, research and development and service sectors. Students who complete this programme and assessments will receive a certificate from E&ICT Academy, IIT Roorkee.
