JEE Advanced exam date out; JEE Mains 2022 dates expected anytime soon

As the dates for JEE Advanced 2022 exam has been announced, students can expect the announcement of JEE Mains 2022 dates anytime soon.

National Testing Agency is likely to announce the JEE Main 2022 exam dates anytime soon as the date for JEE Advanced 2022 has been announced. As per the schedule released by IIT Bombay, JEE Advanced exam 2022 will be conducted on July 3. Registration for Advanced will start from June 8 onward which indicates that all the attempts of JEE Mains 2022 will be conducted lastly by May.

As per various news reports and sources from the Ministry of Education, NTA is likely to conduct JEE Main 2022 in two attempts this year. The first attempt will be held in April and the second attempt in May. However, no official announcement has been made on the number of attempts or JEE Main exam date 2022 by the NTA. Students are however demanding that JEE Mains 2022 should also have four attempts like in 2021. The final decision on JEE Mains 2022 attempts will be taken by the NTA.

Now since the JEE Advanced 2022 exam date is out, candidates can plan their final preparation for both Mains and Advanced exams. Although the JEE Main exam date is not out, it can be deduced that both the attempts will be held before June. Also, as class 12 board exams for most states are ending by April 10 and CBSE class 12 term 2 board exams are beginning on April 26, the first attempt is most likely to begin in the second week of April. The second attempt will most likely be held in the third or fourth week of May.

JEE Main 2022 registration is likely to begin anytime in the first week of March. It is expected that NTA will release JEE Main application on March 1. All the details related to exam dates, registration, syllabus, eligibility and pattern of exam will be announced on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
