NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2022 session 2 paper 2 for BArch and BPlanning on July 30, 2022. JEE Main 2022 admit card for Paper 2 is now available at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

The first shift of JEE Main 2022 July 26 exam will conclude at 12 Noon. After the shift ends, candidates will be provided here with the JEE Main paper analysis, students' reactions and question paper with answer keys and solutions.

JEE Main syllabus consists of topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. For good scores in JEE Main exam, candidates have to cover all topics from the NCERT syllabus. However, to qualify for JEE Advanced, candidates are advised to refer and study from other recommended best books for JEE Main exam 2022.

National Testing Agency is expected to declare the JEE Main 2022 result for session 2 tentatively in the first week of August. The result will be declared online on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check their obtained scores through the JEE Main result 2022.

JEE Main has an average of 10 lakh candidates every year. However, out of all the candidates, only the top 2.5 lakh rank holders are considered eligible for JEE Advanced. If the candidate wishes to get admission into the top IITs, then they should aim to secure a score above 100.

NTA has not yet announced the JEE Main 2022 result date for the July session. However, it is expected to be released in the first week of August. Through the JEE Main 2022 result, the candidates will be able to check their obtained scores in the examination. 

Yes. For admissions into the IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs, the students should have secured a minimum of 75% marks in the 12th standard or be in the top 20 percentile. However, 12th standard marks will have no weightage while the JEE Main 2022 ranks are calculated. 

JEE Main 2022 counselling will be conducted by Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). The official JoSAA 2022 dates are yet to be announced. However, the counselling process is expected to commence in September after the JEE Advanced 2022 process is over.

NTA has announced the JEE Main topper list 2022 for session 1 exam. JEE Main session 2 toppers will be released along with the results in August. Candidates can check the JEE Main toppers list session 1 at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2022. 

As per the feedback of students and expert analysis, Mathematics was lengthy in both shifts. Some students also found Maths to be tough. Physics was easy to moderate in difficulty level while Chemistry was also moderate and NCERT based.

As per the previous year's analysis and cutoff trends of JEE Main, the candidates will have to secure a percentile between 94.5- 95.5 to obtain 100 marks in the examination.

NTA is yet to announce the official JEE Main 2022 answer key date for the July session. However, the candidates will be able to access unofficial answer keys released by various coaching institutes and experts after the conclusion of the examination. 

According to the students who attempted the examination, JEE Main 2022 July 25 examination was moderate in difficulty. However, while some students found Mathematics section to be the toughest, many found it moderate and within the syllabus. 

• Mathematics - Difficult. Some of the topics that were asked in the paper are Mathematical Reasoning and Statistics.
• Physics - Lengthy. Most of the questions were formula based. Some of the topics that were asked in the paper are Semiconductors, AC, Communication systems and other JEE Main specific topics.
• Chemistry - Easy. Some of the topics that were asked in the paper are Polymer, Chemistry in Everyday Life, block Chemistry, and Chain chemistry. 

JEE Main 2022 July session is being held in two shifts per day. The candidates have been allotted the morning or afternoon shift by the authorities. The detailed timings of JEE Main 2022 exam are given below.

JEE Main 2022 July session is currently being conducted at various centres. For Paper 1, the examination is being held on July 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29. Paper 2A (BArch) and 2B (BPlan) will be held on July 30. 

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will conduct the JEE Advanced 2022 exam on August 28. Registration for the exam will start on August 7. Only the top 2.5 lakh candidates in order of merit in Common Rank List of JEE Main 2022 will be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced 2022 exam.

NTA has released the JEE Main 2022 admit card for Paper 2 and overseas candidates. Candidates can download their admit card from the website jeemain.nta.nic.in.

JEE Main admit card 2022 is an important document to appear in the exam and students should keep the admit card download copy ready. To download the admit card of JEE Main 2022 at jeemain.nta.nic.in, students have to use their application number and date of birth.

The first shift exam of JEE Main 26 July 2022 has started. The exam will conclude at 12 noon. Students will be provided here the paper analysis and question paper with answer key and solution post completion of the exam.

A majority opinion about the paper was that of a moderate difficulty level. Topic coverage in all three subjects was extensive. The paper contained some challenging questions. A detailed analysis of the paper is given below.

National Testing Agency will be conducting the JEE Main 2022 session 2 exams on July 28 and 29 at 17 centres outside India. JEE Main admit card 2022 for candidates of overseas centres has been released.

NTA has released JEE Main Admit Cards for Paper 2A (BArch) and 2B (BPlan) for Session 2 exam. Admit card for candidates who have selected exam centres outside India has also been released. The candidates are required to download their Admit Card of JEE Main 2022 Session 2 using their Application No. and Date of Birth from the website https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/

Candidates need to carry any one of the following photo ID (must be original, valid and non-expired) –

• PAN card

• Driving license

• Voter ID

• Passport

• Aadhaar Card (with the photograph)

• Aadhaar enrolment number/Ration card

• Pencil/Geometry Box or any other stationery

• Handbag

• Purse

• Any kind of paper or printed material

• Eatables and Water (loose or packed)

• Electronic items and instruments such as Mobile Phones, Ear Phone, Microphone, Pager, Calculator

• Instruments such as DocuPen, Slide Ruler, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder

• Any type of watch including electronic watches with a calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices in the examination hall/room

• Candidates for JEE Main 2022 will not be allowed to carry any items other than those mentioned on the admit card. 
• Candidates must write their name and roll number at the top of the sheet and return the sheets and admit card to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.
• Diabetic students will be allowed to carry eatables like sugar tablets, fruits, and transparent water bottles to the examination hall/room. However, they will not be allowed to carry packed foods like chocolates/candy/sandwiches etc.
• Candidates will have to sit in the seat allocated to them.
• Candidates will be allowed to appear at the allotted venue for the test only.
• No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre once the exam starts.
• Requests for change in JEE Main 2022 exam centres will not be entertained.

Candidates have to carry the following item with them to the JEE Main exam centre;

• JEE Main admit card downloaded from the website
• Passport size colour photograph (same as uploaded in the JEE 2022 Main application form)
• Photo ID proof

The first shift of JEE Main 2022 July 26 exam will start at 9 am. The exam will be conducted in more than 500 cities across the country and 17 cities outside India in online mode as a computer-based test.
