JEE Main 2023 1st February exam started at 9 am. It will end at 12 pm. The exam is being held in various exam centres across the country and abroad. Applicants appearing for the exam are advised to carry their JEE Main admit card 2023 along with one valid photo ID proof.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started theΒ JEE Main 2023 Session 1 last exam today at 9 am. The exam will end at noon. The second shift will begin at 3 pm and will continue till 6 pm in various exam centres across the country and abroad.Β Β Β Β  Β 

ApplicantsΒ appearing for the exam are advised to carry their JEE Main admitΒ card 2023 along with one valid photo ID proof.Β  Β JEE MainΒ 2023 admit card is available on the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in. JEE Main 2023 Session 1 is being held on JanuaryΒ 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 and February 1 for paper 1 (BE/Btech). On JanuaryΒ 28, the BArch/BPlanning paper was held in single shift.Β  Β Β Β Β Β

JEEΒ Main 2023 exam day guidelinesΒ Β Β Β Β 

  • CandidatesΒ will be allowed entry or exit into/from the JEE Main 2023 examΒ centre only as per the schedule.Β Β Β Β Β 
  • AnyΒ conversationΒ or gesture or disturbance in the exam hall will beΒ deemed asΒ misbehaviour. If a candidate is found using unfair meansΒ orΒ impersonating, their candidature will be cancelled.Β Β Β Β Β 
  • CandidatesΒ wearingΒ any special attire due to religious reasons are advised toΒ reachΒ the exam centers earlier in order to undergo thorough checkingΒ andΒ mandatory frisking.Β Β Β Β Β 
  • CarryingΒ theΒ NTA JEE Main admit card 2023 clearly printed on A4 size sheetsΒ isΒ mandatory. Candidates are also required to bring theΒ followingΒ documents- self-declarationΒ form/undertaking/proforma for printed onΒ A4 size sheet, dulyΒ filled; valid photo ID proof; simple transparentΒ ball pointΒ pen; a copy of same photograph that was used inΒ applicationΒ form to paste on attendance sheet; PwD certificateΒ whereΒ applicable; documents related to scribes whereΒ applicable.Β Β Β Β Β 
  • Pen/PencilΒ andΒ blank paper of rough work will be provided in the JEE examΒ hall.Β Candidates must write their name and roll number at theΒ top of theirΒ sheet. This sheet will be returned to theΒ invigilator before leavingΒ the exam hall.Β Β Β Β Β 
  • CandidatesΒ willΒ have to drop their JEE Main Hall Ticket 2023 and rough sheet inΒ theΒ box after displaying it to the invigilator.Β Β Β Β Β 
  • AdditionalΒ itemsΒ allowed in the exam hall are- personal hand sanitiser (50Β ml),Β personal transparent water bottle, mask and gloves, sugarΒ tablets/Β fruits for diabetic candidates.Β Β Β Β
