The NTA has shifted JEE Main exam centres of Prayagraj to Varanasi for January 28, 29 and 30 exam dates due to ongoing Mahakumbh Mela. Several candidates who selected Prayagraj as their preferred city for the exam have raised concerns about heavy traffic due to Mahakumbh.

The National Testing Agency has received representations from various candidates expressing their difficulties in reaching exam centres in Prayagraj city due to ongoing Mahakumbh Mela. Considering the students hardship, NTA has decided to shift exam centres in Prayagraj city to the Varanasi. The exam centres has been shifted only for January 28, 29 and 30 exam dates.

The NTA has released the JEE Main Admit cad 2025 for 28, 29 and 30 January today. Candidates can download JEE Mains 2025 Admit Card for January 28, 29 and 30 by from the JEE Main official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. For JEE Main admit card session 1 download, candidates need to use JEE Mains admit card login on the website. Candidates need to login using their application number and password.

The NTA is conducting JEE Mains 2025 session 1 exam on from January 23 to 30 at various cities in India and 15 cities outside India. Candidates appearing in the exam on January 28, 29, and 30 can download their admit card from the website.

How to Download JEE Main Admit Card 2025 Session 1

Candidates can download their JEE Main hall ticket using the steps mentioned here

  • Open the JEE Main 2025 official website
  • Click on JEE Mains 2025 hall ticket download link
  • Login using your application number and password
  • JEE Main admit card download link will be displayed on screen
  • Download and take its printout

Candidates must check all the JEE Main exam day instructions mentioned in the admit card and adhere to the instructions. JEE Main admit card has to be carried by every candidate to the exam centre along with one photo ID proof.

NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam date for session 2. JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam will be held from April 2 to 9, 2026. JEE Main 2026 session 2 registration will start in January last week. The JEE Main Application Form 2026 session 2 will be available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE 2026 session 1 exam will be conducted from January 21 to 30.

NTA releases JEE Main 2025 Session 2 Exam city intimation slip in March. JEE Main Session 2 City Intimation Slip 2025 is available for download on the JEE Main official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The exam city slip will have details of city in which the test centre of candidate is located and the date of exam. The JEE Mains exam city slip 2025 session 1 was released on January 10.

NTA has released the JEE Main 2026 dates on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The session 1 exam will be conducted  from January 21 to 30.
