JEE Mains Date Change 2025 Session 2 on clash with CBSE class 12 exam: Students left with tough choice

NTA has rescheduled the JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 exam date and slots for candidates whose exams were clashing with CBSE class 12 Psychology and language paper. All such students who have paper both papers on same date have written to CBSE and NTA for change in shift or date.

JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 exam date slots have been revised for candidates whose CBSE class 12 exams were on same date as JEE Mains. Candidates can check their new exam date by downloading their JEE Main city intimation slip 2025.

CBSE class 12 students whose board exams dates were clashing with JEE Mains 2025 session 2 exam have written to NTA for change in exam dates. JEE Mains aspirants can now appear in the JEE exam as well as CBSE as the clash in exam dates for CBSE class 12 and JEE Mains session 2 have been sorted.

NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 exam on April 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9. Students who are writing their class 12 board exams from CBSE have their language exam on April 2 and Psychology exam on April 4. As there is a clash on exam dates, students are in doubt whether NTA will JEE Mains 2025 Session 2 be postponed?

The timing for the JEE Main exam is 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm whereas the CBSE exam will be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Many students have language paper on April 2 and Psychology paper on April 4 as well. All such students have no choice left but to appear in class 12 exam and leave the JEE Mains as class 12 is a mandatory/minimum eligibility exam required for admission in undergraduate courses.

Many students and their parents have written to CBSE/NTA for considering a change in timing of exam or change the exam dates but no official communication has been received on this.

NTA is all set to release the JEE Mains 2025 session 2 admit card for all the registered candidates. JEE Main 2025 admit card download session 2 will start 3 days before the exam date. NTA JEE Main session 2 admit card 2025 will be available for download from March 29. Candidates appearing in the exam have to download their JEE Mains hall ticket 2025 session 2 to take the exam.
