The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has activated the KCET 2025 option entry link along with the KCET 2025 provisional seat matrix on the official website. Candidates can now start exercising their options for the first round of KCET 2025 counselling. The KEA KCET 2025 counselling dates will be available soon. Read below for more.
KCET 2025 option entry link OUT at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in: The Karnataka Examinations Authority has activated the KCET 2025 first round web-option entry link on the website. Candidates can find the link on the official page and start exercising the options. Along with the KCET option entry link 2025, the authorities have also released the KCET 2025 provisional seat matrix PDF for all engineering and agriculture quotas.
Candidates can access the KCET 2025 option entry link on the website- keaonline.karnataka.gov.in. Candidates can scan the QR or log in using their CET number. The QR details and the application number are available on the KCET 2025 verification slip.
The KEA has also released the provisional seat matrix for the following -
- Engineering General Quota
- Kalyana Karnataka (371j)
- Engineering special category
- Agriculture and Veterinary Kalyana Karnataka category
- Agriculture and Veterinary (Practical) General and Kalyana Karnataka category quota
- Agriculture and Veterinary Special Category Quota
To download the KCET 2025 provisional seat matrix, candidates have to visit the official website- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and click on the UGCET profile tab. Select the seat matrix option and download.

The step-by-step process to download the KCET claim slip is as follows -
- Visit the official website of KCET- cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
- Click on the UGCET notification bar and select the verification slip link option available
- Now enter your registration number, password, and captcha code
- Confirm using "FACE ID"
- Check all the details carefully and download.

No, Karnataka Examination Authority will not allow candidates to use calculators during the KCET 2025 exam. Applicants are also not allowed to carry any electronics devices like mobile phones, pagers and other items inside the exam centre. Applicants appearing in the exam can use their question paper for rough work. The authorities will allow candidates to do calculations and rough work in the question paper booklet. Any candidate carrying restricted items inside the KCET 2025 exam hall will be disqualified from the admission process.
