KCET 2026 Results Delayed KEA Reveals New Timeline After Exam Reschedule; Check new date here

KEA postponed KCET 2026 results until after June 1 due to rescheduled agriculture and veterinary practical exams at Hiriyur Centre. The ranks will be released only after marks for all 24,250 candidates are submitted. Meanwhile, KEA advises students to participate in mock seat allotments until May 30.

KEA Reveals New Timeline After Exam Reschedule

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has given a new date for the KCET 2026 result declaration. As per the tweet uploaded by KEA on its official X handle, the KCET 2026 results will be declared only after June 1, following a schedule change for agricultural and veterinary practical exams which will conducted at the Hiriyur Centre on June 1,

KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna, IAS, confirmed that the University of Agricultural Sciences has rescheduled the practical exam specifically for candidates registered at the Hiriyur Centre. The test at this centre is now locked for June 1 and once the practical test is successfully conducted the exam body will declare the KCET results for the 2026 session.

A total of 24,250 candidates applied for the agricultural practical test and KEA will not release any CET ranks until every candidate's practical score is integrated. KEA advises families to utilize this waiting period productively to prepare for the upcoming admission cycles by studying the multi-step KEA counselling process online and understanding how to lock college and course preferences. 

They can also participate in KEA's ongoing mock seat allotment rounds and visit the KEA Manthana 2026 counselling session. The mock rounds are active at government engineering and medical colleges until May 30.
