KCET 2026 Results - KEA Website Crashes, Students Face HTTP 503 Error; What to do?

Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) declared KCET results, but massive online traffic crashed the portals. Candidates checking scores across all official URLs are facing strict HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error due to server overload, leaving them anxious.

Immediately after Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) announced the KCET 2026 result, an unprecedented surge was witnessed in user traffic which knocked out the primary servers offline. Thousands of students tracking Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) results are now experiencing frustration as official URLs crashed due to massive inflow of traffic from various users all at the same time. 

Every official link listed for scorecard downloads is returning an HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable message. According to experts, a 503 response code indicates that the web server is operational but temporarily incapable of handling the volume of incoming requests. 

What issues students and parents are facing?

• The primary portals are completely unresponsive.

• Auxiliary result host mirrors are also failing under shared load.

• Students cannot view their state ranks, stalling crucial engineering and medical counseling preparations.

Hence candidates are advised to follow these remedies - 

• Wait for a few minutes before checking the result.

• Check from a different system may be a different laptop or desktop.

• Change the service provider from mobile network to Wi-Fi or vice-versa.

• Don’t panic, this is just a system issue for a few minutes and students will be able to check their result soon.

Technical teams might also be working behind the scenes to scale server bandwidth, applicants are advised to avoid aggressively refreshing the page.
