KCET Option Entry Link for Round 2 Open Till 11:30 PM Today
KCET Round 2 Counselling 2025: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released a notice stating that the KCET round 2 option entry link will be deactivated today, September 3, 2025, at 11.30 pm without any further extension. Candidates must carefully go through each KCET round 2 option before selecting. Those who do not make a selection will not be eligible for the KCET 2025 round 3 counselling.
The official KEA website reads, “UGCET-2025 - 2nd round - CHOICE selection link will be kept open till 11.30 pm on 03- 09-2025. (Not be extended) Read and understand the implication of each CHOICE and then select the appropriate CHOICE. Candidate who fails to select CHOICE will not be allowed for 3rd round.”
How to Complete KCET Option Entry 2025 for Round 2?
The Karnataka UGCET option entry must be done online at the official website. Candidates can complete KCET round 2 option entry by following the steps given below:
- Go to the official website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea/
- Click on the KCET round 2 option entry link, on the homepage
- Log in using the CET number and password
- Once logged in, fill in KCET choices in the order of preference
- Save the preferences
It must be noted that the payments must be made online through the official website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Also, the last date for candidates allotted seats in the KCET second round and who have confirmed their options to complete fee payment, download the confirmation slip, and report to their allotted college by September 4, 2025.

Candidates appearing in the KCET 2025 counseling process are advised to have all the documents ready before the registration process.
