Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) announced ranks for 888 eligible candidates seeking admission to Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree courses under the UGCET 2026.

Executive Director of the KEA, H. Prasanna, IAS, confirmed the development via an official statement on their social media platform. This release brings much-awaited clarity to hundreds of architecture aspirants across the state who have been eagerly waiting to begin their academic journey.

KCET Option Entry Process for Architecture to Begin Soon

With the merit ranks declared, KEA is preparing to open next crucial phase of admission process. According to KEA officials, these 888 qualified candidates will soon be granted access to online portal to enter their college and course options.

Q:   What is the duration of KCET UGET exam?
A: 

Each paper of KCET exam is conducted for 80 minutes. The Kannada language exam of KCET will be conducted for 60 minutes for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates. KCET exam Biology and Mathematics exam will be conducted on same day while Physics & Chemistry exam will be conducted on separate day.

  • Visit - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
  • Click on UGCET and login using QR scan
  • Capture photo and verify OTP
  • Pay a non-refundable processing fee of INR 750
  • Once payment is sucessful, candidates can participate in counselling process. 
  • Select category, to do KCET option entry.
  • Enter list of colleges and courses on right side (rank them in your desired order)
  • Rearrange and once you are satified
  • Save and submit the KCET options.

The exam body released the exam dates for the KCET 2026 on its official website. As per the dates, the test was conducted on April 23-24, 2026.
